Aqualin sanitary stainless steel housings are used in spiral membrane filtration systems of food, beverage, dairy, biotech and pharmaceutical industries. 

The housings are designed in different sizes like 4040, 4038, 6438, 6338, 8040 and 8038 for different capacities, to operate with full-fit spiral membranes from one to seven pieces.

The port size is available from 1.5inch to 3inch allowing for superior flow and minimised pressure drop.

All ports are tri-clamp connections with smooth internal finishings to eliminate the potential for product hold-up. 

A superior finish is also available on these housings by electro polishing to make Ra<0.45. 

Other sizes for the tri-clamp are also available, including 4040, 4038, 6438, 6338, 8040, 8038.
